Der Aufsichtsrat der SGL Carbon SE hat in einer außerordentlichen Sitzung am 21. August 2019 beschlossen, die Position des scheidenden Vorstandsvorsitzenden extern nachzubesetzen.
Die Suche beginnt unverzüglich. Bis auf weiteres nimmt der Finanzvorstand der SGL Carbon, Herr Dr. Michael Majerus, zusätzlich die Aufgaben des Vorstandsvorsitzenden als Alleinvorstand wahr.
