On July 13, 2010, FIL Investment Management Limited, Hildenborough, United Kingdom, has notified us pursuant to section 21 (1) WpHG that its percentage of voting rights in Delticom AG, Hanover, Germany, fell below the threshold of 3% and amounted to 2.98% of the voting rights (352,815 voting rights) as of July 7, 2010.
