In the meanwhile the German Chancellor Dr. Angela Merkel and the American president Donald Trump have arrived in Hamburg. Due to ongoing arrivals in the city, traffic impairments are very likely, especially between the airport and the city centre.
A selective opening of routes cannot be guaranteed. The recommendation to use trains remains in place.
