FORIS AG, the market leader in litigation financing, has concluded a cooperation agreement with the German Association for Inheritance Law and Property Succession (DVEV).
Over 1,000 specialized lawyers belong to this association. Through the agreed- upon cooperation, FORIS has increased its competence in the high-growth area of the law of succession-which already represents one of its strong points in litigation financing.
In addition to the reciprocal use of advertising media-DVEV is the publisher of the inheritance law journal ZERB-the cooperation partners will consolidate judicial decisions related to the law of succession into a single database, develop criteria for legal review, set up an expert service, and design a corresponding Internet forum.
DVEV will also support FORIS AG in its business with shelf companies. Each limited liability company and joint stock corporation newly formed and sold by FORIS will receive a credit for legal advice worth DM 500 which can be redeemed by members of the DVEV. As a result, problems associated with inheritance and property succession which are often inadequately resolved in many companies can be solved by specialists from the outset FORIS AG's business in shelf companies becomes even more attractive with this credit for legal advice. Apart from the advantage of speed and the elimination of pro-formation liability, buyers now have an added financial incentive to acquire companies from FORIS AG.
