In its meeting on 30 March 2001, the Supervisory Board of KSB Aktiengesellschaft approved the suggestion of the Board of Management to propose to the Annual General Meeting the declaration of the dividend as follows: Payment of dividend for the financial year 2000 of Euro 2.50 per ordinary share and Euro 3.02 per preference share (previous year Euro 0.00/Euro 1.03).
