On 06. May 2008 the voting rights held by FMR LLC, Boston, USA crossed above the threshold of 3% of the voting rights in MPC Muenchmeyer Petersen Capital AG, Palmaille 67, 22767 Hamburg, Germany. On that date, FMR LLC held 3.20% of the voting rights in MPC Muenchmeyer Petersen Capital AG, arising from 388,661 voting rights.
All voting rights in MPC Muenchmeyer Petersen Capital AG were attributed to FMR LLC pursuant to section 22 (1) sent. 1 no. 6 in connection with sent. 2 WpHG. The voting rights were attributed to FMR LLC inter alia from Fidelity Advisors Series I, being a shareholder holding 3% or more of the voting rights in MPC Muenchmeyer Petersen Capital AG.
