Die Kommunalkredit Austria teilt mit, dass Generaldirektor und Vorstandsvorsitzender Dr. Reinhard Platzer und Vorstandsmitglied Leopold Fischer ab sofort aus dem Vorstand der Kommunalkredit Austria ausscheiden. Zum neuen Vorsitzenden des Vorstands wurde in der heutigen Aufsichtratsitzung Mag. Alois Steinbichler, der zuletzt dem Vorstand der BAWAG P.S.K. angehörte, bestellt. Gemeinsam mit Pierre Vérot, seit 1. Oktober im Vorstand, wird Mag. Steinbichler künftig die Geschäfte der Kommunalkredit Austria leiten.
Kommunalkredit Austria informs that CEO and Chairman of the Executive Board Dr. Reinhard Platzer and Member of the Executive Board Leopold Fischer leave the Kommunalkredit board with immediate effect. The Supervisory Board today appointed Mag. Alois Steinbichler, until now member of the board of BAWAG P.S.K., as the new Chairman of the Board. Together with Pierre Vérot, member of the board since 1 October 2008, Mag. Steinbichler will be in charge of Kommunalkredit Austria.
