Through its Swiss subsidiary redtoo ag (former Edifact AG), caatoosee ag purchased 100 % of shares in Digitale Medien Systeme AG (DMS) on 22nd December, 2000.
The acquisition and integration of DMS AG into the redtoo group is enforcing caatoosee's core competence of integrating online platforms into current ERP and legacy systems of various enterprises. In November caatoosee acquired a major stake in Tectum GmbH, which is also part of the redtoo group.
DMS AG, founded in 1994, specialized in the development, implementation and distribution of communication- and information technologies. Focusing on MSE's and large corporations the client portfolio includes multinational enterprises such as Hoffmann-La Roche and Novartis.
Philipp Oser will continue his leading position as CEO of DMS AG and will join the management board of redtoo ag.
