Mensch und Maschine Software AG (MuM) registered a marked increase in demand during the fourth quarter 1999. After launching tooling and architecture solutions for the AutoCAD 2000 software platform, turnover grew by almost 30 compared to the previous year. At 71.4 million DM, a new company record was attained. Total turnover in the course of the year was 202 million DM, of which more than half was generated in foreign markets for the first time.
Financial results for the fourth quarter also attained record levels. MuM intends to pay a dividend of 0.45 DM, representing a 29 percent increase excluding the tax credit. Details will be announced at 10.00 a.m. today at the company's press conference, held at the Haus der Bayerischen Wirtschaft in Munich.
