On January 18, 2011, DKA Consult A/S, Virum, Denmark has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its Voting Rights on COLEXON Energy AG, Hamburg, Germany, ISIN: DE0005250708, WKN: 525070, have fallen below the 20 % and 15 % limit of the Voting Rights on January 14, 2011 and on that day amounted to 11.38 % (this corresponds to 2,019,843 Voting Rights).
On January 18, 2011, DKA Consult A/S has fallen below the 10 % limit of the Voting Rights and on that day amounted to 5.47 % (this corresponds to 969,843 Voting Rights).

On January 18, 2011, Mr. Lasse Lindblad, Denmark has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares his Voting Rights on COLEXON Energy AG, Hamburg, Germany, ISIN: DE0005250708, WKN: 525070, have fallen below the 20 % and 15 % limit of the Voting Rights on January 14, 2011 and on that day amounted to 11.38 % (this corresponds to 2,019,843 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 11.38 % of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 2,019,843 Voting Rights) is to be attributed to Mr. Lindblad and held via the following controlled companies whose holdings of voting rights amount to more than 3 % in COLEXON Energy AG: DKA Consult A/S.
