On December 17, 2010, Hegedal ApS, Virum, Denmark has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its Voting Rights on COLEXON Energy AG, Hamburg, Germany, ISIN: DE0005250708, WKN: 525070, fell below the 25 % limit of the Voting Rights on October 29, 2010 and on that day amounted to 21.19 % (this corresponds to 3,760,280 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 2 of the WpHG, 19.36 % of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 3,436,205 Voting Rights) is to be attributed to the company and held via the following shareholders whose holdings of voting rights amount to more than 3 % in COLEXON Energy AG: DKA Consult A/S.

According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, Number 1 of the WpHG, 1.83 % of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 324,075 Voting Rights) is to be attributed to him.
