EASY SOFTWARE AG, listed on the Neuer Markt (new market) of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange, has announced the foundation of its new subsidiary EASY SOFTWARE (UK) PLC., which is domiciled in London, and the simultaneous opening of the first British branch in Manchester.
In addition to the subsidiaries already founded last year in the United States, France, Austria and the Czech Republic, the Muelheim-based EASY Software AG is now represented with its new English subsidiary in the second-largest European IT market. The foundation of the London-based EASY subsidiary and the simultaneous opening of the first branch office in Manchester took place according to plan in the first quarter of 2000 as part of the company's continuing international strategy.
For its launch and expansion, EASY SOFTWARE (UK) PLC. was able to recruit a complete team with outstanding qualifications and training in document management and SAP, with a total of seven staff members in sales, marketing and support.
