Plambeck Neue Energien AG (Cuxhaven) started successfully the capital procurement for wind park funds with a new business division. Within a few days, the equity capital of 5 million DEM for the wind- park fund "Wanna/Staßfurt" could be placed on the market.
The business division "Capital procurement" for wind-park funds was newly created. Plambeck Neue Energien AG has always initiated wind-park funds with great success. The procurement of equity capital was mainly done by the UmweltBank (Nuremberg). The wind-park "Wanna/Staßfurt" was the first project realised directly by the business division "Capital procurement" - this was done in co-operation with marketing partners or directly with customers.
Now, Plambeck Neue Energien AG is active in all fields of project business: the planning, the construction and the implementation, realised by Plambeck as general company owner, as well as the financing, the operation and furthermore the servicing of own wind-parks and those of other operators. Next year, further wind-park funds will be financed and the new business division will procure the capital. Thus, Plambeck Neue Energien AG created a new profitable business field with great market opportunities in order to develop continuously the use of renewable energies.
