Cordless pole pruner, cordless pole hedge trimmer, cordless trimmer and cordless brushcutter = 4-in-1. The new 36 V GE-LM 36/4in1 Li Cordless Multifunctional Tool from the Power X-Change product range from Einhell Germany AG replaces four devices to offer hobby gardeners maximum flexibility. Thanks to the hedge trimmer and chain saw attachments, even higher branches and tall hedges can be trimmed from the ground. The line spool for the trimmer delivers perfectly even lawn edges and features an automatic feed mechanism to extend the line when needed, while the brushcutter uses a 3-blade cutter to make quick work of dense undergrowth.
The all-rounder for the garden
Landau an der Isar, 4 March, 2021 – The practical 4-in-1 cordless multifunctional tool GE-LM 36/4in1 Li will be available from mid-April 2021 as part of the Power X-Change range from Einhell AG. The cordless multifunctional tool combines a pole pruner, pole hedge trimmer, trimmer and brushcutter all in a single unit. This not only saves hobby gardeners money – as it is far cheaper to buy one tool than four – but also means less storage space is required. The different attachments are extremely compact, so the multifunctional garden helper can be stored in a very small space. It is driven by a durable brushless electric motor. With the twin-pack technology, you can simply use two 18 V battery packs from the Power X-Change series – which can also be used in all other tools and gardening equipment in the Einhell cordless platform. With no need to worry about where the nearest power socket is, cordless operation offers maximum freedom.
With a cutter rail length of 200 mm and a cutting speed of 10 m/s, the high-quality OREGON rail and chain reliably tackle thicker branches and cut through them effortlessly. The chain is automatically lubricated from the oil tank, which has a sight glass.
The blades of the hedge trimmer attachment are made of laser-cut, diamond-ground steel. The cutting length is 450 mm, with a tooth spacing of 24 mm. The unit also comes with an extension pole so that users can trim higher hedges and branches from the ground. For even greater flexibility the hedge trimmer head also has 7 tilt settings.
The robust line spool delivers a clean cut and automatically feeds more line when it starts to wear and gets too short. With a cutting width of 25.5 cm, the high-grade 3-blade cutter can even cope with dense undergrowth and tall grass. To ensure that hobby gardeners can use the unit with minimum effort and as ergonomically as possible, it is equipped with an adjustable additional handle and a carrying strap.
