In the latest edition (2/2021) of the consumer magazine “test” from ‘Stiftung Warentest’, the Cordless Impact Drill TE-CD 18/50 Li-i BL was rated “Good” overall with a score of 2.1, which was the second-highest ranking among the 14 cordless impact drills in the test.
Impact drill function for universal working with two speeds
Landau an der Isar, February 1, 2021 – Another proud podium finish for Einhell with the Cordless Impact Drill Expert Plus TE-CD 18/50 Li-i BL (2x 2.0 Ah): In the current test report of ‘Stiftung Warentest’, the German consumer testing champion, the powerhouse achieved an overall score of 2.1 – the second-highest rating among the total of 14 cordless impact drills in the test.
According to the testers and the results published in edition 2/2021 of the consumer magazine “test”, the Expert Plus TE-CD 18/50 Li-i BL delivers the joint-highest drilling and driving efficiency. Versatility and charging time attracted particular praise, as did the quality of the operating manual. In terms of pollutants and safety, the unit even achieved full marks with the highest possible score of 1.0. The test report also emphasized how good the unit is in terms of value for money (“relatively inexpensive to own”).
As a member of the Power X-Change family with over 200 tools, the Einhell Cordless Impact Drill Expert Plus TE-CD 18/50 Li-i BL is compatible with all battery packs from this platform. The impact drill is supplied in an E-Box Basic universal case with a high-speed charger and two 2.0 Ah Power X-Change lithium-ion batteries, which do not self-discharge. The 2.0 Ah Power X-Change battery was already honored “best in class” with a “Good” verdict (score: 2.0) in the 11/2020 edition of the ‘Stiftung Warentest’ magazine.
The brushless motor of the Einhell Cordless Impact Drill TE-CD 18/50 Li-i BL impresses with plenty of power and a long running time, in addition to which it also comes with an impact drill function for universal working and 2-speed gearing for powerful drilling and screwdriving. Other features include electronic speed control for adjusting the tool to the particular material/application and an LED light for illuminating dark areas. Overall, the Einhell cordless impact drill/driver impresses with total ease of handling thanks to its ergonomic design and soft grip handle.
