We hereby notify according to sec. § 26 para. 1 sentence 1 WpHG that on
December 22, 2010 we received Disclosures of Voting Rights acc. to sec. 21 et
seq. WpHG by Norges Bank Investment Management and the state of Norway (by Det
Kongelige Finansdepartment - Royal Ministry of Finance), both Oslo, Norway, in
which we were informed of the following:

On December 20, 2010:

- The voting rights of Norges Bank, Oslo, Norway in Nordex SE fell under the
threshold of 3 % and amount to 2,95 % (1.969.992 voting rights) as of December
20, 2010. The voting rights are held by Norges Bank (Central Bank of Norway)
Organization Number 937 884 117.

- The voting rights of the state of Norway in Nordex SE fell under the threshold
of 3 % and amount to 2,95 % (1.969.992 voting rights) as of December 20, 2010.
The voting rights are held by Norges Bank (Central Bank of Norway)Organization
Number 937 884 117 which is controlled by the state of Norway, and the voting
rights held by Norges Bank are to be attributed to the state of Norway pursuant
to sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 1 WpHG.
