On August 3, 2012, Ameriprise Financial, Inc., Minneapolis, USA, has notified us pursuant to section 21 (1) WpHG that its percentage of voting rights in Delticom AG, Hanover, Germany, has exceeded the threshold of 3% and amounted to 3.05% of the voting rights (361,512 voting rights) as of August 2, 2012. 3.05% (361,512 voting rights) of all voting rights in Delticom AG were attributed to Ameriprise Financial, Inc. pursuant to section 22 (1) sent. 1 no. 6 in connection with sentence 2 WpHG. 2. On August 3, 2012, Threadneedle Asset Management Holdings SARL, Luxembourg, Luxembourg, has notified us pursuant to section 21 (1) WpHG that its percentage of voting rights in Delticom AG, Hanover, Germany, has exceeded the threshold of 3% and amounted to 3.05% of the voting rights (361,512 voting rights) as of August 2, 2012. 3.05% (361,512 voting rights) of all voting rights in Delticom AG were attributed to Threadneedle Asset Management Holdings SARL pursuant to section 22 (1) sent. 1 no. 6 in connection with sentence 2 WpHG. 3. On August 3, 2012, Threadneedle Asset Management Holdings Limited, London, United Kingdom, has notified us pursuant to section 21 (1) WpHG that its percentage of voting rights in Delticom AG, Hanover, Germany, has exceeded the threshold of 3% and amounted to 3.04% of the voting rights (360,356 voting rights) as of August 2, 2012. 3.04% (360,356 voting rights) of all voting rights in Delticom AG were attributed to Threadneedle Asset Management Holdings Limited pursuant to section 22 (1) sent. 1 no. 6 in connection with sentence 2 WpHG. 4.
