New Executive Vice President Organization and Human Resources at Brose

Coburg (1. October 2020). Dr. Olaf Gelhausen was appointed Executive Vice President of the new Central Division Organization and Human Resources Brose Group effective 1 October 2020. Gelhausen completed his studies in business administration and physics at the Technical University of Berlin and the University of Hagen. He earned a PhD from the University of Technology in Sydney/Australia.

Olaf Gelhausen began his career in 2004 at semiconductor manufacturer Infineon Technologies AG, where he took on a wide range of leadership responsibilities in Germany and the United States. In 2014, the business administration graduate with a PhD in physics switched roles to become general manager of the joint venture Beijing Hella BHAP Automotive Lighting. From 2016, Gelhausen worked as general manager and Chief Operations Officer at Thyssenkrupp Bilstein GmbH in Bochum.
