Aufnahme in den SDAX der Frankfurter Wertpapierbörse zum 22. Juni 2026
Schritt folgt auf die erfolgreiche Handelsaufnahme am 20. März 2026 an der Frankfurter Wertpapierbörse und stärkt Kapitalmarktpräsenz
Wedel, 4. Juni 2026. VINCORION SE („VINCORION"), ein führender Entwickler und Hersteller von Energie- und Mechatroniklösungen für Verteidigungsplattformen und fortschrittliche Luftfahrtsysteme, wird zum 22. Juni 2026 in den SDAX der Frankfurter Wertpapierbörse aufgenommen. Die Indexaufnahme markiert einen weiteren bedeutenden Schritt in der noch jungen Geschichte von VINCORION als börsennotiertes Unternehmen und folgt auf den erfolgreichen Börsengang im März 2026.

Die Aufnahme in den SDAX erfolgt auf Basis des Regelwerks der Deutschen Börse. Damit gehört VINCORION zu den 70 größten und liquidesten börsennotierten Unternehmen unterhalb des MDAX in Deutschland.
VINCORION ist am 20. März 2026 mit einem Ausgabepreis von 17,00 Euro je Aktie erfolgreich in den Börsenhandel gestartet. Zu den Cornerstone-Investoren im Börsengang zählen Fidelity International, Invesco Asset Management sowie T. Rowe Price Associates, die zusammen rund 105 Millionen Euro gezeichnet haben.

VINCORION SE joins the SDAX just weeks after successful IPO
- Inclusion in the SDAX of Frankfurt Stock Exchange on June 2026
- Step follows successful commencement of trading on 20 March 2026 on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange and strengthens capital market presence
Wedel, 04 June 2026. VINCORION SE (“VINCORION”), a leading developer and manufacturer of power and mechatronic solutions for defense platforms and advanced aviation systems, will be included in the SDAX of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange on 22 June 2026. The index inclusion marks a further significant step in VINCORION’s still young history as a listed company and follows the successful IPO in March 2026.

The inclusion in the SDAX is based on the rulebook of Deutsche Börse. With this, VINCORION ranks among the 70 largest and most liquid listed companies below the MDAX in Germany.
VINCORION successfully commenced trading on the stock exchange on 20 March 2026 at an issue price of €17.00 per share. Cornerstone investors in the IPO include Fidelity International, Invesco Asset Management and T. Rowe Price Associates, who together subscribed for approximately €105 million.
