Frederic Lemoine Appointed Chief Financial Officer of the Cap Gemini Group

Pascal Giraud, the former CFO of the Cap Gemini Group, has been appointed Delegate Director to the Directoire and will be responsible for financial operations linked to external growth. Frederic Lemoine, Delegate Director, has been appointed Chief Financial Officer. He will continue to act as Secretary to the Directoire of Cap Gemini, a role which he has fulfilled since January 1998.
Born in 1965, Frederic Lemoine has graduated in business administration (HEC), political sciences (IEP) law (Paris University) and public administration (ENA). He joined the "Inspection of Finances" in 1991 and worked for the French government until 1997, notably in charge of the reform of the French Welfare and Hospital system from 1995 to 1997. He was Director of the Heart Institute of Ho Chi Minh City, a pediatric heart surgery hospital, from 1992 to 1993.
