TePla AG: Appointment of CFO to extend Management
The TePla AG, Kirchheim near Munich, appointed Craig A. Walker (44) as Chief Financial Officer. Starting April 1st 2001 latest, his responsibilities will include finances, international corporate controlling, personnel and internal risk management.
Craig Walker is currently financial director of a german subsidiary of Cadbury Schweppes Plc. Altogether, he has been working for 10 years in different finance management positions in Germany. Among others, he gained many years of experience in the international controlling of associated companies as well as in the disclosure duties of publicly traded companies at a subsidiary of a company listed on the New York Stock Exchange.
At the same time, the supervisory board appointed Friedrich G. Meyer (CEO) as chairman of the board of management.
