  • Employees from Oberkirch, Kehl and, for the first time, Weisenbach and Willstätt were honored
  • Festive event with an entertaining performance, music and dinner
  • 22 employees on partial retirement or full retirement bid farewell

Decades-long commitment should not be taken for granted – which made this year's anniversary celebration of the Koehler Group all the more meaningful. A total of 72 employees were honored for their many years of service, including 10-, 25- and 40-year work anniversaries. This year, colleagues from the Weisenbach and Willstätt sites were also honored for the first time.

In addition to honoring the people celebrating their work anniversaries, there was also a focus on bidding farewell to 22 employees entering into partial retirement or into full retirement. Around 200 guests experienced a festive evening in the riding arena in Offenburg - with music from the factory band, a three-course menu and a show performed by a magician, Felix Fischer.

"Knowledge that lasts" – the executive board honors a wealth of experience

In his welcome speech, the CEO of the Koehler Group, Kai Furler, spoke about the value of consistency in fast-moving times: "In a world where many things are fleeting, it is a great gift to be able to count on people who will help shape the company with expertise, loyalty, and heart for decades to come." He emphasized the major role that long-standing employees play in the growth and culture of the Koehler Group: "They are the bridge between the past and the future. Their knowledge is not only preserved but passed on – that is foresight and responsibility in practice."

The Chairman of the Works Council, Sabine Seebacher, also addressed guests with her personal words of gratitude. With this year's honor, the Koehler Group is once again underlining how much it appreciates the commitment of its workforce. The inclusion of the Weisenbach and Willstätt sites makes it clear that the Koehler family is growing.
