FORIS, for example, has now concluded a cooperation agreement with one of the leading specialized legal publishing houses, Deutscher Anwaltverlag. Based on this agreement, FORIS will soon be capable of providing the legal profession nearly 1,000 sample agreements at a charge via the Internet. From employment contracts to corporate acquisition agreements, drafts of all major types of agreements will be available with commentary. Lawyers will thus be able to avail themselves of updated work products more easily and more frequently. With this comfortable just-in-time usage, legal experts will spare themselves the expense of maintaining comprehensive compendiums. The cooperation with Deutscher Anwaltverlag will also enable attorneys to efficiently order their specialized literature via the FORIS Internet platform.
FORIS sees enormous growth potential in providing a qualified range of specific professional products via the Internet.
