Based on the authorization by this year's stockholders' meeting of May 26, and with the consent of the Board of Directors, the Management Board of EASY SOFTWARE AG of Muelheim has decided to buy back the company's own stock in the market.
In the Board's opinion, the company's stock is undervalued at the present time. Moreover, the company intends to take advantage of this opportunity for simplified procurement of funds.
EASY SOFTWARE AG has been listed in the Neuer Markt section of the Frankfurt stock exchange since April 1999.
