EASY SOFTWARE AG, publicly traded in the Neuer Markt section of the Frankfurt stock exchange market, has increased its capital stock by EUR 255.000 from EUR 5.148 million to EUR 5.403 million by issuing new shares from approved capital.
The successful private placement of the 255,000 individual share certificates against cash deposits was accompanied by the DG BANK Deutsche Genossenschaftsbank AG of Frankfurt and aimed at institutional investors, who thus demonstrated their confidence in the development of EASY SOFTWARE AG.
The inflow of funds of approx. DM 16 million through this capital increase further enhances the financial power of the company, which will continue to expand its international activities in the growing market for document management systems (DMS).
