In accordance with the decision of the general shareholders' meeting of 12.12.2000, the managing board of Travel24.com AG has decided to repurchase own shares up to 10 percent of its share capital. The managing board is convinced that the company's value is currently not adequately assessed. In addition, the repurchased shares can be more valuably contributed in the financing of its shareholding projects. The purchase price must not exceed or fall below the average closing price at the Frankfurt stock-exchange by 10 percent. This authorization is limited to the 31.12.2001.
