Luxembourg, has informed us according to Section 21, Para. 1 WpHG that its voting rights on Software AG, Darmstadt, Germany, ISIN: DE0003304002, WKN: 330400, have fallen below the threshold of 5% of the voting rights on February 24, 2009, and on that day amount to 4.802% (this corresponds to 1375168 voting rights).
On March 2, 2009, Virmont S.à.r.l., Luxembourg, R.C.S. Luxembourg, has informed us according to Section 21, Para. 1 WpHG that its voting rights on Software AG, Darmstadt, Germany, ISIN: DE0003304002, WKN: 330400, have fallen below the threshold of 5% of the voting rights on February 24, 2009, and on that day amount to 4.802% (this corresponds to 1375168 voting rights). According to Section 22, Para. 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 WpHG, 4.802% of the voting rights (this corresponds to 1375168 voting rights) is to be attributed to Virmont S.à.r.l. from Alken Fund SICAV.
