Change to the Management Board
MEDION AG hereby announces that its Chief Operating Officer, Dr. Knut Wolf, will be stepping down prematurely from the Management Board with effect from September 30, 2009. He has reached an amicable agreement by mutual consent with the Supervisory Board and other members of the Management Board. Dr. Wolf, who is responsible for IT, PC Production, Logistics and Service, is leaving the company at his own request. His duties will be taken on by Chief Executive Officer Gerd Brachmann and Chief Financial Officer Christian Eigen. The Supervisory Board would like to thank Dr. Wolf for the close cooperation and successful work during his time on the Management Board of MEDION.
