MEDION AG: Dividends
In their meeting on March 3, 2008, the Management Board and the Supervisory Board of MEDION AG resolved to recommend a dividend of EUR 0.15 per share to the Company's Annual Shareholders' Meeting to be held on May 14, 2008. MEDION AG's group net income in 2007 was EUR 20.3 million and this results in earnings of EUR 0.42 per share.
