Salzgitter (euro adhoc) - Salzgitter AG has increased its shareholding in Klöckner-Werke AG, Duisburg, of which it acquired 86 % in 2007, to more than 95 % over the year 2008. Given that the recession has impaired most industrial companies by now and that it is uncertain to what extent it will affect Klöckner-Werke AG, it has not been decided upon, if and - should the case arise - when the participation will be raised to 100 %.
