The Plambeck Neue Energien AG has extended its business activities in the field of solar energy sources holding a 50% share in the Nova Solar GmbH, Neulußheim. Nova Solar GmbH produces mainly absorbers necessary for the World-Wide production of thermal sun collectors.
Absorbers are the core of thermal sun collectors for the production of heat from solar energy. Nova Solar has a leading market position thanks to a special technology which is currently unique in the market: the plasma-beam-welding method developed by Nova Solar in the last years. A good welded joint necessary for uninterrupted heat flow from the copper strip to copper tube, the protection of the selective layers of the absorber as well as the efficient production are the main advantages compared to other methods.
In the past years Nova Solar developed further new production methods, which are now realized and introduced into the new international market together with the Plambeck Neue Energien AG as new partner, Nova Solar delivers to customers in Germany as well as in world-wide markets. As manufacturer of absorbers for the solar industry the company profits directly from the market growth with regard to the production of sun collectors.
