Hamburg (euro adhoc) - Prof. Cyrus Khazaeli was today elected to the Supervisory Board at the Annual General Meeting of SinnerSchrader Aktiengesellschaft. He succeeds Frank Nörenberg, who resigned from his post as of 12 November 2007. Cyrus Khazaeli has been Professor for Information and Interaction Design and Dean of the Technische Kunsthochschule, a university for art, in Berlin since 2005. Alongside his chief occupation he also works as an advisor and creative director in the area of new media on a freelance basis.

The Supervisory Board in its meeting today confirmed that Thomas Dyckhoff is to remain CFO of SinnerSchrader Aktiengesellschaft for a further five years. He has been responsible for accounting, controlling, investor relations and personnel at SinnerSchrader Aktiengesellschaft since 1999.

Cyrus Khazaeli, who was born in 1962, studied visual communications at the Hamburg art university, Hochschule für bildende Künste. After completing his studies he worked as an art director and creative director for various agencies and from 1995 as a book author for design at the Rowohlt Verlag publishing house. From 1997 to 2004 he was employed as a lecturer for media informatics at the Universtiy of Applied Sciences in Wedel and as a lecturer for media didactics at the University of Hamburg. Since 2005 he has been working, alongside his chief occupation as Professor for Information and Interaction Design and Dean of the Technische Kunsthochschule in Berlin, as an advisor and creative director in the area of new media on a freelance basis.

Thomas Dyckhoff, born in 1962, studied Computer Science in Karlsruhe and earned an MBA degree in Washington DC, USA. From 1991 to 1998 he worked for Daimler- Benz AG in Stuttgart in the departments Group Treasury, Risk Management, Group Controlling and was Head of Group Reporting before he changed to debis Systemhaus GmbH as head of Acquisitions. As Chief Financial Officer, Thomas Dyckhoff is responsible for the segments Finance, Controlling, Investor Relations as well as Human Resources. He is also executive director of the SinnerSchrader Deutschland GmbH.
