C-QUADRAT Investment AG has been informed that a share package pledged to a lending bank (comprising 1,268,960 shares of C-QUADRAT Investment AG, or 29.08% of the share capital with voting rights) is to be sold in an accelerated bookbuilding auction expected on Thursday, 29.01.2009. According to a different source of information this share package is held by AvW Gruppe AG. Erste Group Bank AG will act as sole bookrunner.
