Further, each 1.881.966 shares of ERLESTA Foundation and STARROK Foundation are attributable to Haselsteiner Familienprivatstiftung according to Sec. 92 of the Austrian Stock Exchange Act. In total, Haselsteiner Familienprivatstiftung holds 28.600.095 voting rights in STRABAG SE as per 7 February 2008, which corresponds to a share in the share capital and voting rights of 25.09%.
