He will continue to provide consultancy services to the company for the foreseeable future. The Supervisory Board has appointed Alexander Betz as his successor on the Management Board as of April 1st, 2010. Alexander Betz is a renowned specialist in the market of alternative investments. Due date he will resign from his current position as CEO of the eFonds Holding AG, which was as well founded by him and will commence to its Supervisory Board.
