Commerzbank and its subsidiary comdirect bank AG have agreed to a close cooperation with Deutsche Telekom and its subsidiary T-Online International AG in various business areas. The cooperation will be complemented by shareholdings between T-Online and comdirect bank and between Commerzbank and T-Online.
Management board members of both firms will explain details on the planned cooperation at a press conference at 11 a.m. on Thursday, 17 February, in the Commerzbank headquarters, Frankfurt am Main.
