As parent company of the Volksfürsorge insurance group, Volksfürsorge Holding AG, Hamburg, Germany has informed us on April 25, 2008 of the following in line with Article 24 of the Wertpapierhandelsgesetz (WpHG - German Securities Trading Act) for Volksfürsorge Deutsche Lebensversicherung AG, Hamburg, (Number 1), on our own obligation (Number 2), and on the authority, and on behalf, of AMB Generali Holding AG, Aachen, (Number 3), Generali Beteiligungs-GmbH, Aachen, (Number 4) and Assicurazioni Generali S.p.A., Triest, Italy, (Number 5) in line with Articles 21 and 22 of the WpHG:
1. In line with Article 21 (1) of the WpHG, Volksfürsorge Deutsche Lebensversicherung AG discloses that on 3 April 2008 its voting rights share in OVB Holding AG exceeded the threshold of 75% and today amounts to 83.16% (11,851,000 voting rights).
Of these, 72.42% (10,321,000 voting rights) are attributable to it in line with Article 22 (2) of the WpHG.
Voting rights are attributable to it from the following shareholders, whose individual voting rights share in OVB Holding AG amount to 3% or more:
- Deutscher Ring Beteiligungsholding GmbH - Deutscher Ring Financial Services GmbH - Iduna Vereinigte Lebensversicherung aG für Handwerk, Handel und Gewerbe

In line with Article 21 (1) of the WpHG, Volksfürsorge Holding AG discloses that on 3 April 2008 its voting rights share in OVB Holding AG exceeded the threshold of 75% and today amounts to 83.16% (11,851,000 voting rights). Of these, 72.42% (10,321,000 voting rights) are attributable to it in line with Article 22 (2) of the WpHG.
Voting rights are attributable to it from the following shareholders, whose individual voting rights share in OVB Holding AG amount to 3% or more:
- Deutscher Ring Beteiligungsholding GmbH - Deutscher Ring Financial Services GmbH - Iduna Vereinigte Lebensversicherung aG für Handwerk, Handel und Gewerbe
A further 10.74% (1,530,000 voting rights) are attributable to it in line with Article 22 (1) Clause 1, No. 1 of the WpHG. Voting rights attributable to it are held by the following company controlled by it, whose voting rights share in OVB Holding AG amounts to 3% or more:
