Hamburg -  The Thielert AG follows continuously the path of growth in
the first quarter of 2006 and shows increasing sales and profits. In
this interim report the sales and profit figures from the aircraft
engine manufacturer Superior Air Parts, Inc. (Coppell, Texas, USA)
acquired by Thielert by March 31, 2006 are not considered.
Financial statements according to IFRS 2006 of the interim report
show the following key data:
Sales 2006: 10.0 mil. Euro
Sales 2005: 2.2 mil. Euro
Changes: + 361 percent
EBITDA 2006: 2.8 mil. Euro
EBITDA 2005: 1.4 mil. Euro
Changes: + 104 percent
EBIT 2006: 1.9 mil. Euro
EBIT 2005: 0.8 mil. Euro
Changes: + 151 percent
Net profit 2006: 1.1 mil. Euro
Net profit 2005: - 0.1 mil. Euro

Outlook
Thielert AG expects for the current year a dynamic growth.
Additionally Thielert AG expects stronger growth rates of sales and
profits in 2006 than in 2005, whereby any positive contributions to
sales and profits from the Superior acquisition have not yet been
taken into account.
