This voting portion does not contain any voting rights which have been obtained via exercise of a right to acquire shares in Curanum AG granted by a financial instrument according to section § 25 paragraph 1 sentence 1 WpHG. 2. On 23 May 2011, Carey Group Private Client Holding S. à r.l., with business address at 19, rue Eugène Ruppert, L-2453 Luxembourg exceeded the thresholds of 3%, 5%, 10% and 15% of the voting rights in Curanum AG, Engelbertstraße 23-25, 81241 München. Their voting portion at that date amounted to 17.22%. This corresponds to 6,748,005 voting rights.
