Brierly Gardens Investments Limited, Limassol, Cyprus, informed us on 20 May 2008 pursuant to paragraph 21, section 1 WpHG that they fell below the threshold of 3% of the voting rights in TUI AG, Hanover, Germany, on 15 May 2008 and at that point in time held 0.00 % (0 voting shares).
In addition, Lawson International Investments Limited, Tortola, British Virgin Islands, informed us on 20 May 2008 pursuant to paragraph 21, section 1 WpHG that they fell below the threshold of 3% of the voting rights in TUI AG, Hanover, Germany, on 15 May 2008 and at that point in time held 0.00 % (0 voting shares). All voting rights were directly held by Brierly Gardens Investments Limited and attributed to Lawson International Investments Limited pursuant to paragraph 22, section 1, sentence 1, no. 1 WpHG.
Moreover, Oliveyard Holdings Limited, Tortola, British Virgin Islands, informed us on 20 May 2008 pursuant to paragraph 21, section 1 WpHG that they fell below the threshold of 3% of the voting rights in TUI AG, Hanover, Germany, on 15 May 2008 and at that point in time held 0.00 % (0 voting shares). All voting rights were directly held by Brierly Gardens Investments Limited and attributed to Lawson International Investments Limited pursuant to paragraph 22, section 1, sentence 1, no. 1 WpHG. These voting rights were also attributed to Oliveyard Holdings Limited pursuant to paragraph 22, section 1, sentence 1, no. 1 WpHG.
Furthermore, Mr Hamed El Chiaty, UAE, informed us on 20 May 2008 pursuant to paragraph 21, section 1 WpHG that he reduced his voting rights in TUI AG, Hanover, Germany, below the threshold of 3% on 15 May 2008 and at that point in time held 0.00 % (0 voting shares). All voting rights were directly held by Brierly Gardens Investments Limited and attributed to Lawson International Investments Limited pursuant to paragraph 22, section 1, sentence 1, no. 1 WpHG as well as to Oliveyard Holdings Limited pursuant to paragraph 22, section 1, sentence 1, no. 1 WpHG. These voting rights were also attributed to Mr Hamed El Chiaty pursuant to paragraph 22, section 1, sentence 1, no. 1 WpHG.
