Today´s Extraordinary General Meeting of BWT unanimously gave approval to the takeover of the Pharma business of Christ Water Technology AG. With the deal, BWT is taking a leading position in the sophisticated international market for pharma-water systems with innovative high-end solutions under the brand "Christ Aqua" true to the motto "Safety, hygiene and health in contact with the elixir of water".
Votes present: 10,461,995 Votes "Yes": 10,397,675 Votes "No": 0 Abstentions: 64,320 The resolution was passed with: 100.00%
