BWT Aktiengesellschaft, ISIN: AT0000737705 (the "Company"), hereby announces pursuant to section 93 para. 1 of the Austrian Stock Exchange Act that in correction of the release made on September 1st, the Company's number of voting rights following the buyback of 900 own shares in August 2008 (resolution by the AGM on May 20th, 2008 and resolution of the Management Board on August 25th, 2008) as of August 31st, 2008, amounts to 17,833,500.
