K+S Aktiengesellschaft hereby announces that at the end of the month December 2009 the number of voting rights amounts to a total of 191400000 voting rights.
additional (optional) statements: The Board of Executive Directors of K+S Aktiengesellschaft, with the consent of the Supervisory Board, resolved a capital increase from authorised capital against cash contributions on 25 November 2009. Using part of the authorized capital, a total number of 26.4 million new ordinary bearer shares without par value were issued.
