On 18th December 2007 the voting rights held by Fidelity Management & Research Company fell below the threshold of 3% of the voting rights in K+S Aktiengesellschaft, Bertha-von-Suttner-Straße 7, 34131 Kassel, Germany. On that date, Fidelity Management & Research Company held 2.95% of the voting rights in K+S Aktiengesellschaft, arising from 1,218,600 voting rights.
All voting rights in K+S Aktiengesellschaft were attributed to Fidelity Management & Research Company pursuant to section 22 (1) sent. 1 no. 6 WpHG.
On 27th December 2007 the voting rights held by Fidelity Management & Research Company crossed above the threshold of 3% of the voting rights in K+S Aktiengesellschaft, Bertha-von-Suttner-Straße 7, 34131 Kassel, Germany. On that date, Fidelity Management & Research Company held 3.0009% of the voting rights in K+S Aktiengesellschaft, arising from 1,237,900 voting rights.
