Mr. Prof. Dr. Klaus Frank and Mr. Dieter Worms resigned from the advisory board of Travel24.com AG on April 6, 2001 due to personal reasons. The executive and the advisory board accepted these resignations since three more members of the advisor board were elected during the extraordinary shareholder meeting on December 12, 2000. The newly elected members will enable the advisory board to sustain its decisionmaking ability as prescribed by its statues.
As decided during the extraordinary shareholders on December 12, 2000, the following members will join the advisory board of Travel24.com AG: Mr. Joachim Semrau (Founder and current member of the executive board). Dr. Helmuth Albrecht (Consultant) and Mr. Hans Joachim Albrecht (Vice-President Philip Morris / Europe).
