Hamburg (euro adhoc) - Hamburg, February 28, 2011. Henrik Christiansen, Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of COLEXON Energy AG, leaves the Hamburg based solar company for to personal reasons. Mr. Christiansen and the Supervisory Board have decided to cancel his board assignment by mutual agreement. Management and Supervisory Board of COLEXON Energy AG thank Henrik Christiansen for the good cooperation over the last two years.
Interviews with candidates for the position of the new CFO are currently taking place. Until the appointment of a successor Volker Hars temporarily assumes his field of responsibility. With the replacement of the board position the formation of the new management team of COLEXON Energy AG will be completed.
