Ringier Axel Springer Polska and Grupa Onet.pl will deepen their close cooperation through a joint Group Executive Board. Mark Dekan, CEO of Ringier Axel Springer Media AG, will additionally chair the Group Executive Board and become Group CEO of the Polish operations.

The other members of the newly formed Group Executive Board will be: Ringier Axel Springer Polska CEO Edyta Sadowska, Grupa Onet.pl CEO Robert Bednarski, CDO of Ringier Axel Springer Media AG Jonny Crowe and Ringier Axel Springer Polska CFO Grzegorz Kania.

The Group Executive Board will work closely with a Group Management Team on further driving the successful development of the Polish organizations.

Furthermore, Edyta Sadowska and Jonny Crowe will join the management board of Grupa Onet.pl. Robert Bednarski, Jonny Crowe and Grzegorz Kania will join the management board of Ringier Axel Springer Polska. These changes will be implemented shortly.
