TELES AG will in the short term attempt to buy back a small amount of its shares - less than 2 percent of the free float - on the stock exchange. The Bundesaufsichtsamt für den Wertpapierhandel has been informed.
This repurchase is based on the empowerment resolved upon by the General Assembly on 11.07.2000, which prescribes that the purchase price must lie in a five percent corridor around the average share price during the last 5 trading days.
