On December 27, 2011, Michael Kollmann, Germany, has notified us pursuant to section 21 (1) WpHG that his percentage of voting rights in Fair Value REIT-AG, Munich, Germany, exceeded the threshold of 3% and amounted to 3.05% (287,000 voting rights) as of December 23, 2011. Of these voting rights, 3.05% (287,000 voting rights) are to be attributed to Michael Kollmann pursuant to section 22 (1) sentence 1 no. 1 WpHG. Attributed voting rights are held via the following companies that are controlled by Michael Kollmann and whose holdings of voting rights amount to 3% each or more in Fair Value REIT-AG: - Michael Kollmann Vermögensverwaltung GmbH 2.
