Vienna/Frankfurt, 13.10.2010. C-QUADRAT Investment AG has been informed by the liquidator of AvW Gruppe AG that its 32.59%-stake in C-QUADRAT Investment AG (1,422,365 shares) has been sold to AmpegaGerling Asset Management GmbH in the course of today´s auction. According to the liquidator the purchase price per share amounts to EUR 12.60. Among others the transaction is subject to approval of the Austrian Financial Market Authority (FMA).
